Though we don’t like it, we all have unconscious bias, and it doesn’t belong at work. What does belong at work is inclusion – for all. This session will teach participants about the benefits of embracing diversity, the types of unconscious bias present at work, facts about combating unconscious bias, and what we can do to embrace inclusion and diversity at work for a more harmonious, productive, and equitable environment.

Mallory guides the human resources function for clients across a variety of industries throughout the United States.
