HR Director – Odessa, TX

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is looking for an HR Director for our Human

 Key Responsibilities:

• Manages the HR team and all functions and workflow processes for Odessa and Midland campuses
• Manages employee relations and conflict resolution
• Provide guidance to leadership at all levels related to HR

 What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a closely related field
• Experience: Five years of progressively responsible management experience
• Preferred Experience: Five years of experience in HR with a concentration in employee relations with two of those years of recent experience managing employees in an HR department
