Demetra Bell-Runnels, Client Executive with Holmes Murphy & Associates

Demetra has spent 25+ years in the employee benefits industry working with C suite executives and Human Resource professionals in helping them create, develop, implement and execute winning business strategies.   Her unique industry background and personal experience in navigating our complex healthcare system offers her clients distinctive insights into how to effectively manage rapidly rising costs while simultaneously creating robust and well-rounded benefits packages for their employees.  Her passion is ensuring that employers fully understand how to stack the odds in their favor against an industry where “The House” holds all the cards.

Demetra majored in psychology at Southeast Missouri State University and holds certifications in Self-Funding as well as Advanced Self-Funding from the National Association of Health Underwriters as well as a group one life and health insurance license from the Texas Department of Insurance. She is, also, a DISC certified personal trainer.  Demetra resides in Weatherford, TX with her husband, Mike, and is actively involved in several associations as well as her community.  Her personal mission statement is to Serve.  Solve.  Simplify.  FULLY!
