ABOUT PBSHRM

PBSHRM's mission is to elevate, educate, and equip the Human Resources profession in West Texas. As part of that mission PBSHRM offers professional resources and development to HR professionals and those aspiring to be. 

PBSHRM is an affiliated chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). SHRM provides significant resources to our chapter that help keep our members informed on current topics and legislative activity.

A large part of PBSHRM’s success is due to the time and talent contributed by our members.  We encourage you to take an active role in one of our numerous committees.  Your participation will increase your network of associates, expand your knowledge and experience base and further the overall success of the HR profession.
