Executive Leadership: Lessons Learned during COVID

Learnings from running a company during COVID: The burdens put on working families with schools closed required employers to become more flexible with regard to facetime in the office. Facetime for meetings became virtual thanks to Zoom, and many in-person meetings with out of town colleagues and boards will never return. How many of these accommodations will become permanent? The answer depends on where you live and how large your employer is. If these priorities are respected, employers will enjoy greater productivity and retention of their motivated employees.
