What is HR’s role in designing, communicating, and implementing an Employee Benefits Package? And why in the world does it cost so darn much?!?! 

Jeff Hughes, Vice President, EB/Shareholder at Holmes Murphy & Associates

Jeff Hughes brings a wealth of actuarial and financial expertise to the Holmes Murphy team. He also manages Holmes Murphy’s West Texas Office, as well as Holmes Murphy’s Energy Division, where he advises clients from 20 to 20,000 lives. With more than 15 years at Holmes Murphy, Jeff has extensive experience with plan design strategies, budgeting, actuarial modeling, and the integration of clinical programs into benefit designs, and how to successfully integrate that into the Oil & Gas industry.
